At OLEVS WATCHES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your watch, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date, not the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your watch, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your watch must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Watches that are worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@olevswatches.net. They will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to properly package and send back your watch.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Don’t like your order? Return it for FREE.
    We offer free returns for unworn watches in their original condition. However, if the watch has been worn or damaged, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned watch, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, please contact us at info@olevswatches.net to get the shipping details and instructions. While we cover shipping for eligible returns, for other cases where return shipping is not free (e.g., worn/damaged items), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same model due to damage or defects, contact us for details.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—sometimes refunds take time to be processed.
  3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@olevswatches.net.
